This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first use of the Photo Collage Hero application, regardless of the subscription plan you choose.
3. Subscription Plans and License Options
Photo Collage Hero offers multiple subscription options to accommodate different user needs:

- Annual Subscription: Offers a cost-effective option with yearly billing.
- Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase that grants perpetual access to the software's comprehensive functionalities.
The Photo Collage Hero Software License is designed for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, enabling users to create stunning photo collages and visual content. While our lifetime option provides extended access without recurring payments, Photo Collage Hero reserves the right to terminate any license at our discretion without preconditions. This termination provision allows us to maintain control over software distribution and usage.
By selecting any of our subscription plans, you acknowledge Photo Collage Hero's termination rights, which provide flexibility and address potential unforeseen circumstances in software management.
4. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that Photo Collage Hero will fulfill all your specific requirements or that its operation will be continuous or error-free. All express and implied warranties not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or contract loss) are excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Photo Collage Hero provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, suitability, or functionality of the software. We shall not be liable for any profit loss, indirect, special, or consequential damages (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) arising from the provision of our services. Photo Collage Hero will not be considered in breach of contract for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Despite any contrary provisions in this Agreement, should Photo Collage Hero be deemed liable for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for your subscription or software. You release Photo Collage Hero from any obligations, liabilities, and claims exceeding this limitation.
6. Responsibilities
Photo Collage Hero assumes no responsibility for how users utilize their user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, share, and distribute using our platform.
7. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Photo Collage Hero as a result of using our services. You agree not to represent yourself as an agent, representative, or employee of Photo Collage Hero. You further agree that Photo Collage Hero will not be liable for any representation, action, or omission made by you.
